Any student currently enrolled within the SMUSD and wanting to transfer to the independent study program (grades 6-12) must complete the online residency verification for their current school first. Once submitted, contact your current school (see contact list below) and let them know you would like to transfer to Foothills School. Your current school will send the referral information to Foothills School.
